Refund and Returns Policy

At Codecraft Tech IT Solutions, we value transparency and fairness. Because our services are custom and digital in nature, our refund and cancellation rules are clearly defined as follows:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Before work begins: If a cancellation request is made within 12 hours of payment, a full refund will be issued.
After work has started: A partial refund (up to 90%) may be granted depending on the amount of work completed. A cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and resource costs.
After draft delivery: Clients are entitled to revisions within the agreed scope. If still dissatisfied, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
After final approval or automatic acceptance: Payments become non-refundable.
2. Full or Partial Refunds
A full refund will be issued if we are unable to deliver the service.
A partial refund (up to 90%) may be issued if cancellation occurs after work has started, minus any cancellation fee.
3. Customer Dissatisfaction
We recognize that creative services can be subjective. We will provide reasonable revisions to meet expectations. Refunds after revisions are at our sole discretion.
4. Subscriptions & Maintenance Plans
Subscription services (e.g., SEO, hosting, maintenance) renew automatically until cancelled.
Clients must cancel at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
5. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on banks or card issuers.
6. Chargebacks
Clients must contact us first to resolve disputes before initiating a chargeback. Filing chargebacks without prior communication may result in service suspension.
