Delivery Policy
How CodeCraft projects are delivered: digitally, reviewed by you first, on the timeline written into your project’s scope.

How work is delivered
Everything CodeCraft sells is a digital service, delivered electronically. Depending on the project, delivery means deployment to your hosting or platform, preview and staging links during the build, and direct handover of files, designs and credentials by email at completion. Nothing is shipped physically, so no shipping charges ever apply.
When work begins, and timelines
Work begins after your Stripe payment is received and the materials and access your project depends on have arrived. Every project’s delivery timeline is stated in its written scope before you pay — that scope is the timeline that applies to your project — and we keep you updated by email as the build progresses. Timelines pause while required materials or approvals are outstanding.
Review before completion
You see the work before it’s final. Where applicable, builds are shared on a staging or preview link for your review, and revisions within the agreed scope are made before completion.
What “delivered” means
A project is delivered when the deliverables in its written scope have been handed over — the live site or files deployed or sent, together with the credentials, designs and source files that scope includes. Ownership of the delivered work transfers to you at that point.
