E-commerce

A store that's set up properly, end to end.

A working online store, not just a theme: products entered correctly, checkout tested, shipping and tax rules configured, and order emails arriving where they should.

Common questions

Things clients ask about e-commerce.

Straight answers, before you commit to anything.

WooCommerce or Shopify, which should I use?

It depends on your catalogue, budget and how much control you want. We recommend one after a short conversation about how you sell.

Will you enter my products?

The number of products entered is agreed in the scope. Larger catalogues are usually imported from a spreadsheet you provide.

How is my customers’ payment data handled?

Your store’s payment gateway handles it, in your own gateway account. We configure and test it; we never hold card data.
