Who we are
These terms cover work carried out by CodeCraft IT Solutions (“CodeCraft”, “we”), a web design and development studio at 3900 Geraedts Dr, Windsor, ON N9G 3C3, Canada, for clients across Canada and the United States. By approving a written quote, you agree to these terms together with that quote.
Services and scope
Every project is defined by a written scope: the deliverables, the timeline and the price. The scope is agreed by email before work begins. Anything not listed in the scope is not included; additional work can always be quoted separately.
Quotes and payment
Service pages list fixed base rates and fixed add-on rates; your quote applies them to your scope. Quotes are fixed in writing and stated in CAD or USD, per your preference. Once you approve a quote, we send a secure Stripe payment link by email for the exact agreed amount. No payments are collected on this website, and card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them. Stripe’s checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and other cards Stripe supports, and Stripe emails a receipt for every payment. Work begins after payment and the required materials and access are received.
Client materials
You are responsible for providing the content, images, credentials and approvals the scope depends on, and for having the right to use any materials you supply. Timelines pause while required materials are outstanding.
Review and revisions
Each project includes review rounds as set out in its written scope. Revisions within the agreed scope are included; changes beyond it are quoted separately before any extra work starts.
Delivery and ownership
On completion, the finished work is delivered and ownership transfers to you — including the final files, designs, credentials and agreed project assets. Until completion, delivered drafts remain our property. If a delivered item doesn’t match its written scope, tell us and we will correct it at no charge.
Third-party services
Hosting, domains, paid plugins, ad platforms and similar third-party services are purchased in your own accounts and billed to you by those providers under their own terms. We can set them up for you, but we don’t resell them or mark them up.
Liability
We build carefully and test before handover, but no website work can promise specific business results, search positions or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
